Inici\u00e1vamos o reposicionamento de uma empresa de 17 anos de mercado, com uma vis\u00e3o muito clara: mudar a forma com as empresas se comunicam com as pessoas.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O desafio era enorme: reposicionar uma marca consolidada, mas pouco conhecida fora do seu restrito mercado, dentro de um contexto totalmente novo no mundo, os chatbots. Foram mais acertos do que erros. Gra\u00e7as ao time, a todos os Take.Seres e ao apoio da diretoria, tivemos muito sucesso.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A seguir um resumo de tudo que foi feito: as conquistas, as dificuldades, tudo que aprendemos, em que precisamos evoluir e nossa meta para os pr\u00f3ximos 12 meses.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O ano que se passou<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No mundo digital e com um produto digital, decidimos come\u00e7ar pelo caminho mais \u00f3bvio, mas n\u00e3o o mais f\u00e1cil: <strong>nossa presen\u00e7a digital.<\/strong> O objetivo era gerar mais tr\u00e1fego e alcance relevante para nossos sites e redes sociais.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fizemos um lan\u00e7amento inteiramente baseado no digital: landing page espec\u00edfica, redes sociais e email marketing. Os resultados foram \u00f3timos: praticamente dobramos nosso tr\u00e1fego e triplicamos curtidas\/seguidores nas redes socias, mas era s\u00f3 o in\u00edcio dessa jornada.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um grande desafio era atrair nossas personas para nossos canais digitais, que at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o eram dominados pelo interesse em vagas.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Definimos come\u00e7ar implantando uma estrat\u00e9gia de conte\u00fado. Para isso, lan\u00e7amos nosso blog&nbsp;<strong>Chatbots Brasil<\/strong> \u2014 que em 2018 ganhou uma nova roupagem e se tornou o Take.Blog!&nbsp;Em paralelo, iniciamos a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da nossa atua\u00e7\u00e3o nas redes sociais, principalmente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/blipbr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facebook<\/a> e LinkedIn. Definimos come\u00e7ar fazendo o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blip.ai\/blog\/institucional\/o-primeiro-chatbots-meeting-foi-um-sucesso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chatbots Meeting<\/a>, evento realizado no Cubo em SP em novembro de 2016, que contou com 100+ gestores, executivos e influenciadores. Foi o primeiro grande marco na estrat\u00e9gia de reposicionamento da Take. Foi um sucesso!<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enquanto a estrat\u00e9gia no digital caminhava a pleno vapor, estendemos nossas a\u00e7\u00f5es para os ve\u00edculos de m\u00eddia, com a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de nossa assessoria de imprensa. Com seis meses de trabalho j\u00e1 fomos veiculados em mais de 30 mat\u00e9rias, em ve\u00edculos como: <a href=\"https:\/\/exame.com\/negocios\/empresas-criam-robos-para-atender-pelo-facebook\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Exame<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.techtudo.com.br\/noticias\/2017\/09\/rock-in-rio-lanca-chatbot-no-messenger-que-tira-duvidas-e-faz-desafios.ghtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Techtudo<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobiletime.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mobile Time<\/a>\u00a0e outros.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em mar\u00e7o, mais uma grande conquista: fomos patrocinadores Platinum do Bots Experience Day, evento feito pela Mobile Time. Muito contatos feitos no nosso estande, a\u00e7\u00e3o interativa com o chatbot da Take e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blip.ai\/blog\/materiais-ricos\/form-palestra-botsxday\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">palestra do Roberto<\/a> sobre as oportunidades do mercado.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Devido a nossa parceria com o Facebook, fomos convidados para o F8 em San Francisco em abril de 2017, maior evento da empresa. Unimos 10 pessoas e fomos at\u00e9 l\u00e1 conferir! Foi uma oportunidade de estreitarmos nosso relacionamento com o pr\u00f3prio Facebook e outros players do mercado. Fizemos<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lives<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nos dois dias do evento, para contarmos todas as novidades. Mas o mais importante: vimos que a Take estava no caminho certo!<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talvez at\u00e9 mais cedo do que imagin\u00e1vamos, a coroa\u00e7\u00e3o de todo esse trabalho em maio. A Take foi listada como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/en\/documents\/3746819\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cool Vendor<\/a> pelo Gartner, maior empresa de pesquisas de mercado de TI, com destaque para o BLiP, nossa plataforma para desenvolvimento de chatbots. Tamb\u00e9m fomos eleitos parceiros globais do Messenger e do Google.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No in\u00edcio de maio, demos o pontap\u00e9 no projeto mais arrojado at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o: o evento Chatbot4Devs. Foram tr\u00eas meses de intenso trabalho at\u00e9 o dia 19 de agosto. Tivemos palestrantes internacionais e nacionais, 400 participantes, 10 horas de muito conte\u00fado e aprendizado. <\/span><br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os resultados foram maravilhosos e nos orgulharam muito. O \u00e1pice do evento foi seu chatbot, que incluiu v\u00e1rias informa\u00e7\u00f5es, intera\u00e7\u00f5es e sorteio de brindes.
